More than a skincare brand, Somme Institute is an accredited dermatological research lab that’s clinically tested retinol after retinol, and found that they have two major issues: First, they cause irritation beneath the skin, which is not a pretty sight - especially when you see it with medical grade Ultra Violet (UV) photography. Yikes. Second, using retinol for extended periods can thin out the skin - that’s a hard no when the goal is healthy, luminous skin. It's like trading wrinkles for paper-thin skin - thanks, but we’ll pass. Fear not, beautiful humans, because we have the almighty solution! Our lightweight face moisturizer has the highest percentage of retinol available without a prescription, and thanks to the polypeptides within MDT5™, our formula not only avoids irritating your skin but actually softens and treats it. This isn’t fluff, friends. It’s physics.
